Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns of unopened and unused acne patches within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
- Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at store@juzsnap.com to request a return authorization.
- Once authorized, please ship the product back to our designated return address.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
